I’m Jason Cornwell, the creator of Faith & Fellowship. More importantly, I’m a husband, a father, a grandfather, and a follower of Jesus who is still learning and growing every day.

My wife, Rebecca, and my family are a huge part of my life. Marriage and family have taught me a lot about love, commitment, forgiveness, patience, and what it means to walk through the good seasons and the difficult ones together. I certainly don’t have everything figured out, but I’m thankful for the people God has placed beside me on this journey.

My Faith Story

Faith has been part of my life for a long time. I grew up involved in church and experienced many different parts of ministry, but there was also a period in my life when I wasn’t walking as closely with God.

Coming back to Jesus changed something in me. My faith became more than simply knowing about God or going to church. I began developing a real relationship with Jesus and understanding His grace, mercy, patience, and love in a much deeper way.

My story isn’t one of perfection. It’s a story of grace.

God has reminded me that our past doesn’t disqualify us, our struggles don’t make us worthless, and nobody is too far gone to experience His love.

A Calling to Serve

Over time, I began feeling a strong calling toward ministry—to teach and preach the Gospel and especially to reach people who feel lost, broken, forgotten, or like they don’t belong.

I have a particular heart for people struggling with addiction, people experiencing homelessness, people who have been hurt by church, and even people whose work or life circumstances make it difficult to be part of a traditional church community.

I believe every person has value and is loved by God.

That calling is one of the reasons I’m pursuing a degree in Church Ministries through Evangel University and continuing to learn how I can better serve God and others.

Why Faith & Fellowship?

Faith & Fellowship grew out of a simple idea: create a place where people can Gather. Play. Grow.

I wanted somewhere people could enjoy Bible trivia, read Scripture and devotionals, request prayer, find encouragement, learn more about their faith, and simply know that somebody cares.

You don’t have to have your life together to be welcome here.

Whether you’ve followed Jesus for decades, you’re finding your way back to Him, you’re searching for answers, or you’re not even sure what you believe yet—you are welcome.

Faith & Fellowship is part of my journey too. I’m still learning. I’m still growing. And I’m excited to see where God takes it.

My hope is simple: that somehow, through this ministry, someone who feels far from God discovers that He was never far from them.
